Clearances of every size
From single bulky items to full house, garage and property clearances, we plan the loading, access and number of collections around the job.
I’m Jack Thubron, owner of Fórsa Waste Group. I lead the team, clearing waste for households, landlords, letting agents and trades across Tyne & Wear and surrounding areas.
My aim is simple: make getting it cleared feel straightforward. We agree the price before starting, take care around your property and handle the carrying, loading and any dismantling included in your quote.

I built Fórsa around dependable service, and I want our customers to feel looked after. Whether you’re making space at home, managing a rental property or finishing a job on site, we start by understanding what needs to go, what needs to stay and how we can reach it.
We plan the work with you, including any awkward access, stairs or dismantling. Then our team handles the hard work agreed in your quote. For landlords and trades, we can also discuss repeat collection support.
What happens after collection matters too. We use appropriate authorised facilities, provide waste transfer paperwork and look for reuse opportunities where items are suitable. Supporting charity shops and our monthly Clear It Forward initiative are part of the kind of business I want Fórsa to be.

The Fórsa team. Ready to get stuck in.
From single bulky items to full house, garage and property clearances, we plan the loading, access and number of collections around the job.
Carrying, loading and agreed dismantling, from awkward furniture to a larger clearance. Tell us what needs doing and we’ll plan it with you.
Where items are suitable and charities can accept them, we try to give them another home. Let us know about reusable items in your enquiry.
Through Clear It Forward, we aim to provide one free clearance each month for someone who needs a helping hand.

We try to pass clean, safe and reusable items to charity shops where they can accept them. It’s a practical way to support reuse and help those items find another home. Acceptance depends on the item’s condition and what each charity needs.
Clear It Forward is our way of giving something back. Once a month, we aim to help someone who is struggling with a free clearance. You can apply for yourself or nominate someone who could use a hand.
